How does delivery work?
We deliver every Friday morning and retrieve the following Saturday. You'll get a text when we're 30 minutes out. All you need is dock access.
What lakes do you serve?
All Finger Lakes: Seneca, Cayuga, Canandaigua, Keuka, Skaneateles, Otisco, Canadice, Hemlock, Conesus, and Honeoye.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund 72+ hours before delivery. 50% within 72 hours. Full refund or reschedule for weather cancellations on our end.
Is it safe for kids?
Yes. We provide life jackets and do a full safety briefing on setup. Age and weight limits are posted on all equipment. Adult supervision required.
Do I need a boat?
No. Everything installs from the dock. A boat is only needed if you want to tow the towable tube.
